WHOLESALE TRADE AGREEMENT

The following criteria and terms are subject to change.

Stockist Criteria & Terms

Dusty Rose Essentials partners with established independent businesses, including physical brick-and-mortar storefronts, boutique online retailers, and regular market vendors.

All sales platforms (current and future intended) must be provided with all wholesale applications.

Marketplace Restrictions:

To preserve the value of our brand and protect our independent stockists, Dusty Rose Essentials strictly prohibits the resale of our products on any third-party online marketplace. We do not supply businesses retailing via eBay, Amazon, Etsy, or similar platforms.

Businesses found to be operating outside of Dusty Rose Essentials stockist terms will be removed as a trading partner.

ABN & GST

All stockists must have and provide a current ABN

Dusty Rose Essentials is GST registered, and GST is charged on all sales.

Trading Timeframe

Dusty Rose Essentials supplies established businesses only; stockists must have been trading for a minimum of 12 months in a relevant industry.

Wholesale Discount & Minimum Order Value Via this website.

All pricing shown on the website is wholesale pricing and is inclusive of GST. The retail price of the product is included in the product description for your reference. A minimum wholesale product spend of $150 applies to all wholesale orders. Stockists receive a 45% discount on retail prices.

Stockist Pricing

All retail pricing can be accessed on the wholesale portal product pages for your reference. Retail and Wholesale product prices may change without notice due to ingredient and/or manufacturing cost increases.

The shelf price that stockists choose to apply to our products in their own store may be higher than our RRP if desired, but must not be lower than Dusty Rose Essentials' retail pricing, unless for the purpose of a sale event and the stockist is advertising the goods as being "on sale".

This is to avoid diluting the value of the product and to maintain the viability of our products across the board for both Dusty Rose Essentials and all stockists.

Product Branding

Dusty Rose Essentials' products must not be rebranded, repackaged or have their branding removed or altered in any way.

Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of ordering when ordering direct via this website. When ordering via Faire, eligible stockists can receive up to 60-day payment terms where approved by Faire. All payment methods available on this website are shown at the point of checkout.

Out Of Stock Account Credit

In the rare situation where an item can not be supplied, a store credit will be issued for the cost of the item.

Order Adjustments

Order adjustments can be made at any point prior to the order being processed for shipping. Quantity increases may be accommodated where stock is available to fulfil the increased quota; shipping fees may be adjusted to cover the increased shipment size where applicable. Please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes.

Order Cancellations and Cancellation Fees

Order cancellation requests can be accommodated at any point prior to the order being processed for shipping. A refund minus a restocking fee of 30% is processed at the time of cancellation.

Orders can not be cancelled once they have been shipped.

Returns

Where a return may be necessary for any reason.
Where an item is missing from the order.
Or any other product issue

Where a return is required due to the fault of Dusty Rose Essentials, we will provide return shipping. Where Dusty Rose Essentials is not at fault, the stockist will be responsible for the costs of return shipping.

Checking Stock Upon Arrival

Stockists must notify us within 3 days of the date of tracked delivery to report any issues, shorted stock, or items damaged in transit.
